Reception:

As we do not offer 24 hour service, please let us have your expected arrival time in advance. Let us know by email the date and hour of arrival and also a telephone number on which you may be reached the day of your arrival.

Staff will be present from 08.00 until 18.00 Monday to Friday, with slightly more flexible hours on the weekend.

  • Check-in is from 10.00am to 6.00pm. (Exceptional late arrivals maybe be arranged but not later than 22.00);

  • Check out is at 10.30am. An additional charge of one night will be added for a substantial delay;

  • Early arrival. A free luggage storage area is available for early check in or late departures;

Welcome:

On arrival we will do our best to deal with any special requests that you may have. Local maps and brochures of interesting locations within the city and surrounding areas will be available for your reference.

If you require a particular booking at your favourite restaurant, a personalised museum guide, perhaps a wine tour in Chianti or hire a bicycle, please let us know well in advance by email and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

There are 4 garages within a 4 minute walk from the Residence:

Elevator:

As the Residence is situated in an historic building we have only had permission to install a goods elevator rather than a standard elevator.
The elevator is found to the left hand side at the end of the front passage way and takes you directly to the 3rd floor where we are located.
Please take care to follow instructions on the use of the elevator.
Staff will be on hand to meet you downstairs to show the way and help with your luggage.

Room facilities:

Bathroom: Each room with its own shower, towels, a hair dryer and free courtesy set of shampoo, hand soap and body cream;

Digital TV and Wi-Fi: free internet access for all our guests;

Tea/coffee set with kettle: tea, herbal tea and coffee plus bottled water available for your enjoyment any time of the day;

Air conditioning & heating: to make your stay as comfortable as possible;

Safety Box: Each room is equipped with a safety box;

Fridge: for your personal use, a small fridge is available in each room;

Cleaning: daily service is arranged between 10.00am and 13.00pm. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Breakfast:

Our Residence does not offer breakfast facilities, but we have a convention with a caffé (JT Caffè) located downstairs very close to our main entrance. Here guests may enjoy a sit down breakfast at a special price.

Children:

We are not adequately equipped to accept children under the age of 10 years.

Extra bed:

We are able to provide additional bedding for a maximum of 2 extra persons per room for the Suite room (Santo Spirito), with an extra charge of E 40 per person per night, high season, and Euro 25 low season.

Animals:

Sorry but animals are not allowed.

Smoking:

We are a non-smoking establishment.

Tennis/swimming pool:

For those who wish to enjoy a game of tennis or a swim during their stay, we would be happy to arrange the use of facilities available at a club. Conditions applicable on request.

Payment:

Payment is by credit card or bank transfer to the designated account;

Confirmation of a booking will only be guaranteed by supplying your credit card details;

There is an additional Tourist Tax imposed by the City of Florence of Euro 4,80 per person per night (up to 7 nights) that will be charged to your credit card or settled in cash;

Terms and conditions:

We only accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights. The reservation will be confirmed once we receive credit card details or bank transfer for the amount due;

The credit card is to guarantee your reservation and will be charged on the day of your departure, or in the event of a cancellation covered by our policy;

Cancellation policy:

  • In the event of cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival, no charge;

  • In the event of cancellation between 2 to 7 days prior to arrival, a charge of one night will be made;

  • In the event of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival or no show, the entire amount of the initial reservation will be charged;
